A little about the role
Our client is recruiting for a full-time permanent sonographer; however, they need some extra assistance, which a locum sonographer would be ideal for. This role offers regular hours, no weekends and no on call. You will also be based at one location, with support from a friendly team. As an experienced ASAR Sonographer, you will have a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience across a broad range of scans. You will be allocated 30-minute appointment times and 1 hour for morphology. They use GE equipment. The practice is small and busy, with a strong emphasis on patient care and employee satisfaction. The radiologist on site is hands-on, thorough and committed to training and development of the team, always encouraging continuous learning.

Duties you will be responsible for
* Working as part of multimodality team
* Ability to perform general, MSK, vascular, obstetrics and gynae scans
* Experience using a GE machine preferred; training can be provided
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Experience
* Positive attitude and a high degree of professional competence
* High level of patient care
* Current ASAR Membership
* Familiar with GE equipment
* Experience in a similar setting would be beneficial
