About This Role

The Principal Project Officer leads and manages a project team to deliver, monitor, and evaluate the expansion of the NSW Rural Generalist Single Employer Pathway and other regional health workforce projects. The role provides strategic policy, planning, project, and change management support to facilitate achievement of organisational and government objectives.

Key Responsibilities
">
Oversee all aspects of project development, implementation, and delivery of the expansion of the NSW Rural Generalist Single Employer Pathway.

Identify interdependencies and leverage resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required organisational outcomes.
">
Lead and provide support on additional workforce and regional healthcare projects as directed by the Director, Information and Performance Support.

Requirements

Experience in developing, analysing, and evaluating policy and projects in a multidisciplinary environment.

Benefits

Crown Clerk 11/12 salary scale, starting from $149,739 - $173,174 per annum plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
