As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in the Housekeeping team. The primary objective is to ensure exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail in guest rooms. Your responsibilities extend beyond physical tasks, including collaborating with colleagues and assisting guests whenever necessary. To achieve impeccable standards, you must work diligently within established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Thoroughly clean all sections of guest rooms, such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
* Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, ensuring they are organized and well-equipped.
* Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to create a secure environment.
* Respect guest privacy and security, upholding their comfort.
* Report maintenance issues promptly, demonstrating dedication to a flawless experience.
* Previous experience as a cleaner or Room Attendant is advantageous.
* Warm and welcoming communication style, making guests and colleagues feel at ease.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently, taking pride in tasks.
* Ability to navigate between rooms, using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
* Collaborative nature, working effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
