The opportunity
Reporting to a senior leader and leading a small team, the Senior Accountant / Client Manager will play a pivotal role in both client delivery and people leadership. This is a hands-on role with clear scope to influence outcomes.
* Managing a portfolio of business clients, acting as their trusted advisor across compliance, tax and business matters
* Leading, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior and intermediate accountants to ensure quality and efficiency
* Overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns and related compliance obligations
* Identifying risks, opportunities and value-add advice, and contributing to new business and practice growth

About you
You are a commercially minded, CA-qualified accountant who thrives in a client-facing, relationship-led environment and is motivated by long-term career progression.
* 5+ years' experience in business services or public practice
* Trusted advisor to clients with strong technical and commercial capability
* Proven experience mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members
* Ambitious and growth-oriented, seeking a clearly defined pathway to partnership
* Values structure, quality and accountability within a high-performing firm
