The Nitty Gritty We're looking for experienced Maintenance Supervisors to lead a high-performing maintenance team - driving safe, reliable, and efficient asset performance. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by leading preventative and corrective maintenance activities that maximise equipment availability and support operational success. You'll be a visible leader who fosters a strong team culture through clear communication, accountability, and continuous development. Combining your technical expertise with strong planning and organisational skills, you'll guide maintenance execution, optimise weekly schedules, prioritise critical work, and ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet business needs. What you Bring: Relevant trade qualifications Maintenance experience in a mining environment Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role Strong technical knowledge Computer literacy, including Microsoft Suites Strong leadership capabilities, fostering culture and team development What we offer: Competitive Salary Package : with Short Term Incentive Program. The Company Tritton Operations Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production. Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, we are are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
