About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Post-Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for guiding patients through their recovery after anaesthesia.
Main Responsibilities:
* Monitor vital signs and manage immediate post-surgical concerns such as pain, nausea, and respiratory issues.
* Closely work with an experienced and supportive team to ensure the safe reversal of anaesthesia and monitor for any adverse reactions.
Your expertise in anaesthetics will be essential in optimizing patient recovery. You will also provide emotional support and reassurance to patients as they regain consciousness, helping to alleviate anxiety during this vulnerable time.
