Marketing Manager Role

This role involves developing and executing innovative strategies that drive brand visibility and support agent marketing. The ideal candidate will manage social media presence, create engaging content for sales agents and company profiles, oversee brand consistency, and collaborate with our wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute impactful campaigns across digital and print platforms.
* Manage and grow our online presence through effective social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
* Create and schedule compelling content for sales agents and company profiles.
* Ensure brand consistency across all assets and maintain a strong visual identity.
* Support listing campaigns and personal branding for agents.
* Write, edit, and proofread high-quality marketing materials.
* Oversee photo and video content creation from inspections, auctions, and events.
* Manage website updates and maintain up-to-date listings and news content.
* Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, reports, and digital media.
* Liaise with external partners to drive innovation and growth.
Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
* Previous experience in a similar marketing or brand role (real estate a plus).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
* A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print.
* Knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends.
* Videography and editing skills a bonus.
* Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
