The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Mobile Periodical expert to join our team. This exciting role involves working across a wide area, from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast, and beyond to areas like Toowoomba. As our ideal candidate, you will have expertise in periodical services such as hard floor maintenance, high-pressure washing, carpet shampooing, building washdowns, and more.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with excellent time management and communication skills to join a well-established, award-winning company. You will enjoy driving a fully equipped work van, supported by our experienced Head Office team, including experts in Administration, Safety, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Area Mangers and Operations Administration to schedule all periodical cleaning tasks.
* Liaise with clients for site access and ensure all requirements are met
* Periodical cleaning / machine operation: polivac, walk behind sweeper / scrubber, high pressure washing, carpet cleaning, strip & seals, Building Wash Downs.
* Ensure ongoing maintenance and repair of all machinery as required
* Updating electronic planning and completion tickets
What Were Looking For:
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a professional manner. Listening skills are a must!
* Proven history of excelling within a dynamic team environment and the ability to work autonomously.
* A proven eye for detail & accuracy.
* Outcome focused and standards driven.
* Experience in operating cleaning machinery, unfortunately this role is not for beginners.
Essential requirements:
* CAR LICENCE ESSENTIAL.
* Ability to work Flexible Hours, most works will be completed after hours and possibly over weekends.
* Extensive experience in periodical cleaning & machine operation: Previous Periodical Cleaning experience; polivac, walk behind sweeper / scrubber, high pressure washing, carpet cleaning, strip & seals is essential.
* Responsible to work unsupervised.
* Strong work ethic with outstanding time management skills.
* High standard of work, cleanliness and attention to detail.
* Understanding of Environmental Health & Safety Management also a commitment to safe working practices.
* EWP license preferred but not essential.
