THE ROLE
Our client is a rapidly growing company in the plastic packaging industry, known for leveraging advanced technology and sourcing premium, high-quality materials to deliver innovative and reliable packaging solutions.
They are currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Operations and Capability Manager to manage and coordinate internal sales and customer service activities, drive new business, implement and execute sales strategies, oversee tender and quotation processes, and ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance across the business.
DUTIES
* Lead and manage the internal sales team, driving performance across all customer accounts.
* Develop, implement, and manage sales and marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Ensure compliance policies are adhered to and internal audits are accurately prepared.
* Oversee customer service and quality control activities to maintain consistency and exceed customer expectations.
* Establish, review, and supervise organisational policies and procedures, including HACCP, ISO 9001, and EMS 14001 management for the sales and administrative teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred) or a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
* Quality control certification (desirable).
* Proven ability in data analysis and strong statistical aptitude.
* Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management skills.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in the packaging or food industry is highly desirable.
