We're looking for an experiencedParts Manager to take ownership of ourNSW parts division, based at ourSyndey Branch. Reporting to the General Manager – NSW, you'll lead a high‑performing team, drive sales growth, and shape the long‑term success of the business.
This role blendsstrategic direction withhands‑on operational leadership. You'll develop and execute sales strategies, strengthen client relationships, support regional branches, and ensure the efficient, profitable operation of the parts function.
What You'll Do:
* Drive parts sales growth through research, marketing and industry engagement.
* Develop work programs and initiatives to achieve profit and performance targets.
* Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders.
* Lead and support regional branches, including travel as required.
* Coach, mentor and manage the Parts team to ensure high performance and ongoing development.
* Oversee forecasting, budgeting and reporting for all parts operations.
* Manage operating costs to improve efficiency and profitability.
* Ensure compliance with all OHS requirements, including hazard identification and incident follow‑up.
What We're Looking For:
* A mechanical trade or strong mechanical aptitude, ideally within construction equipment.
* Demonstrated experience in a hands‑on Parts Management role.
* Proven success driving sales growth and profitability.
* Strong leadership—approachable, supportive, and able to develop high‑performing teams.
* Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to create effective sales and marketing plans.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
* Current driver's licence and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
