Freedom Energy Solutions is hiring experienced solar subcontractors for an immediate start.
This is install-only work with a strong pipeline and excellent kW rates.
If you can move fast, install clean, and want consistent volume, this role is for you.
The Work
* Residential and light commercial solar installs
* Roofing-based solar installs (tile & tin)
* Assisting with battery installs and changeovers
* No sales. No quoting. No chasing customers.
* Jobs scheduled and ready to go
NON-NEGOTIABLE – YOU MUST
* ABN (subcontractor only)
* Proven roofing solar experience
* MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL (regional NSW)
* Week on / week off availability
* White Card & Working at Heights
* Own tools and reliable transport
* High install standards and safety focus
Strongly Preferred
* Battery install experience (or keen to step up)
* Solar or battery accreditation
* Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
