About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing operational and technical coordination and supervision of works, including peak shutdown programs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational and technical coordination and supervision of works, including peak shutdown programs.
* Perform tasks on various sites, ensuring safe and efficient completion of works.
* Collaborate and coordinate with customers at client meetings, prioritizing their needs and expectations.
* Prioritize and plan work activities, allocating resources (labor, equipment, third-party) to complete works safely and efficiently.
* Lead toolbox meetings and shift start-ups, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
* Manage staff timesheets and third-party supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
* Participate in on-call rotation to support a 24-hour client operation, providing prompt assistance and resolving issues efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards, driving business excellence and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
* Demonstrated experience in operational and project coordination, with a strong understanding of heavy industry operations.
* Heavy industry experience is highly desirable, with a focus on coordination and leadership roles.
* A valid HR truck license and strong mechanical aptitude are essential for this role.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
* A high regard for customer service and interaction, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check, with a clean record.
