Job Title: Intake Officer
About the Role
This is a full-time position based in Victoria Park, Perth. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for new clients seeking support from VisAbility.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond professionally to applications and general enquiries
* Confirm client eligibility and funding access
* Schedule and follow up on initial appointments
* Liaise with external funders, referrers, and stakeholders
* Accurately manage client information in our systems
* Represent VisAbility at events and engagement opportunities
* Support service access while upholding client privacy and dignity
* Contribute to improving our processes
Requirements
* Prompt communication skills
* Fundraising experience
* Good administration and organisational skills
* Basic computer skills
