ARA Fire is looking for a dedicated and passionate ICT Customer Support Officer to join their team in Kingsgrove, NSW.

Location: 9B Commercial Road, Kingsgrove NSW 2208

Salary: $ superannuation

Hours: Full Time: 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

The key responsibilities and duties of the ICT Customer Support Officer are as follows:

* As a representative of the ARA Group, project a professional image that reflects the ARA Group's continued focus and commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
* Answer all incoming phone calls from the ARA help desk 1300 numbers.
* Update as required client portals on job status.
* Log ad hoc service requests and allocate to relevant state service manager teams;
* Manage routine maintenance jobs as required.
* Assist the Helpdesk Team Leader in determining the root cause of issues and communicate appropriately to internal and external customers.
* Engage with ARA Technicians and contractors as required to manage ad-hoc service calls SLA and aged job requirements.
* Ensure efficient use of applications and equipment.
* Perform other related duties as assigned by Service Manager or Help Desk Team leader.

Essential Criteria

The essential criteria of the ICT Customer Support Officer are as follows:

* Tertiary qualifications in a Customer Service related field
* 1+ years of previous experience in a Customer Service related field.
* No convictions on Police Check.
