Job Description

Are you a driven, strategic sales professional ready to make an impact? SCT is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in WA, secure new business, and strengthen relationships with key clients.

What you'll do:

* Build and nurture relationships with industry leaders and decision-makers.
* Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to contract close.
* Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends and high-growth opportunities.
* Target and expand into key sectors across Western Australia.
* Develop and execute strategies aligned with company objectives.
* Represent SCT at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
* Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised service and support.
* Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Act as a proud brand ambassador, enhancing SCT's visibility and reputation
Desired Skills and Experience

Are you a results-driven professional ready to excel in business development and drive growth across Western Australia? We're looking for someone with the following skills, experience, and drive to make an impact:

* Sales & Strategy Savvy: 5+ years exceedingtargets in business development, outside sales, or related roles, preferably in WA.
* Qualified & Credentialed:A bachelor's degree in commerce or business would be advantageous
* People Person Extraordinaire: Expert communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder who can network anywhere (even on LinkedIn).
* Data & Market Mastery: Skilled at research, analysis, business intelligence, and spotting trends in logistics and transport.
* Self-Starter with Travel Bugs: Proactive, results-driven, team player who's ready to hit the road across WA when needed.
