About this role
As a Training Specialist, you will be central to building the capability and confidence of our Contact Centre team. You'll deliver high‐quality onboarding, provide on‐the‐floor support and facilitate engaging learning experiences that help staff succeed. Partnering with the Enablement team and leadership, you'll identify development needs, refine learning pathways and ensure training programs drive measurable uplift.
What you'll be doing
* Delivering end‐to‐end onboarding and engaging training sessions
* Coaching and supporting staff during live or simulated customer interactions
* Providing clear, constructive feedback to build confidence and competence
* Identifying skill gaps and creating targeted development plans
* Maintaining and improving training content and learning pathways
What you'll bring
* Experience in training, facilitation, coaching, or capability uplift
* Strong facilitation skills across virtual and in‐person environments
* Confidence providing performance feedback and on‐the‐floor support
* A collaborative approach and ability to build trust quickly
* A continuous improvement mindset driven by insights and data
