Our global headquarters are located in Sweden, but you will be joining our small team located in Bondi Junction, Sydney.

About the role

We are looking for a driven and pro-active new team member to support and strengthen our presence in Australia. As our dedicated Admin Coordinator & Customer Outreach person, you will be responsible for maintaining strong B2B and B2C relations, keeping an organised overview of our retailers and assisting with marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

Customer service & admin

* Manage customer enquiries on phone, email and social channels
* Processing customer phone orders on our order platform Cin7
* Manage 3PL warehouse remotely – coordinate logistics on dispatch, stock queries and returns
* Reporting monthly and weekly phone and web sales
* Maintain retail list and overview

B2B & Marketing support

* Merchandising – collecting quotes, pricing etc. – ad hoc
* Coordinate marketing materials for customers
* Proactively make outbound calls to retail contacts to maintain and build our ongoing relationships
* Tradeshow and event preparation and participation
* Coordinate Amazon orders
* Support social media efforts in collaboration with New Nordic Global team
* Respond to DMs, comments, engagement
* Translations/proofread of ad copy

Qualifications

* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
* 1-3 years of experience in office admin, customer service or sales role
* Experience in FMCG and/or natural health industry preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy
* Confident using Apple products (Macbook, iPhone)

Ideal candidate

* Strong written communication and customer service skills
* Confident on the phone with outbound calling experience
* Attention to detail is a must
* Organised, adaptable, ability to multitask
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Coachable, fun spirited and flexible
* Appreciation for natural health products
* Naturopathic qualification advantageous
* Bonus: Social media skills, simple design skills, and good understanding of brand identity
