Menzies is a leading cleaning service provider within the education industry. We deliver cleaning services to over 9 major universities and over 300 school sites across Australia.
About The Role
We are currently seeking cleaners to work across multiple shift times and rosters. Generally positions are Monday to Friday @ 6pm onwards, however afternoon shift is also available at some sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Detailed cleans of public areas including offices, facilities & washrooms
* Collection, segregation and disposal of waste
* Spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming
* Toilet, external areas and walkway cleaning
* Ensuring compliance with company procedures
* Responding to scheduled and ad‐hoc customer requests
Qualifications & Requirements
* Valid Working With Children Check
* Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a police check (negative result may not automatically disqualify)
* Proof of entitlement to work in Australia (or notification of any restrictions on hours of work) for non‐citizens or permanent residents
* Ability to work shift times including Monday to Friday starting at 6pm and/or afternoon shifts at some sites
