 
        
        Multi Skilled Carer Position
At our care facilities, we value diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. We are on the lookout for an experienced Multi Skilled carer to join our team.
This is a part-time role offering 38.85 hours per fortnight. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with residents, develop understanding relationships and contribute to their overall well-being.
 * Key Responsibilities:
 1. Administer medications as required by residents' care plans;
 2. Provide high-quality care services to residents while promoting their dignity, respect and independence;
 3. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with residents, families, colleagues and other stakeholders;
 4. Participate in meetings and discussions to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team;
 5. Support new staff members and provide guidance where necessary;
 6. Contribute to the development of care plans and programs that promote the well-being of residents;
 7. Comply with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements;
 8. Maintain accurate records and reports as required by facility policies and procedures;
 9. Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements:
 * Certificate III in Aged Care or higher qualification;
 * Effective communication skills and the ability to develop understanding relationships with residents;
 * Previous experience administering medications;
 * Valid Police Clearance no older than 6 months (or ability to obtain at interview stage);
 * NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage);
 * Evidence of current Flu and Covid Vaccinations;
 * Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
