The Role
You will play a key role in the day-to-day parts operation, supporting both internal teams and external customers. This fast‐paced position requires strong attention to detail, product knowledge, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret parts for earthmoving and construction equipment
* Process parts orders for internal and external customers
* Manage purchasing and supplier coordination
* Prepare accurate quotations and pricing
* Maintain stock control and inventory accuracy
* Work within SAP systems
* Deliver exceptional customer service across phone and email
* Support workshop and service teams with parts availability
About You
* Proven experience in parts interpreting / parts coordination (earthmoving, construction, or heavy equipment preferred)
* Strong understanding of OEM parts and components
* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
* High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a customer‐first mindset
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, team‐driven environment
