About the Job
The Media Campaign Assistant is the engine room of Bolster's Media team – a detail-driven doer who keeps campaigns running smoothly and efficiently. This entry-level role is designed to help you build a strong foundation in digital advertising and develop the core skills needed to thrive in the media industry.
You'll support the team by creating advertising audiences for programmatic and social platforms like The Trade Desk, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads; pulling data for end‑of‑campaign reports; making updates to media plans; copywriting; preparing for client WIP meetings; simple content boosts for Meta and TikTok as well as playing an important role in keeping the team organised and on top of its financial admin.
As your confidence builds, you'll begin setting up simple campaigns across major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Spotify, and contributing directly to client WIPs. While the focus of the role is digital, you'll also receive training in offline channels to help you grow into a well‑rounded media specialist.
The role also includes overseeing the smooth running of our Melbourne office — managing supplies, maintaining facilities, and providing general administrative support to the CEO and wider team.
