We are seeking a motivated and organised Purchasing Officer / Storeperson to join our team.
This role is a key support position within the business, responsible for purchasing, inventory control, warehouse organisation, and coordinating materials for our communications, security and fire divisions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Purchasing stock, materials and equipment from suppliers
* Managing purchase orders and supplier invoices
* Receiving, checking and processing incoming deliveries
* Maintaining stock levels and inventory accuracy
* Organising the warehouse and keeping stock areas tidy and efficient
* Preparing materials and equipment for technicians and projects
* Coordinating freight and regional deliveries
* Assisting with asset, tool and vehicle tracking
* Processing warranties, returns and faulty equipment
* Supporting the operations team with scheduling and job preparation
You will work closely with our technicians and management team to help ensure projects and service work run smoothly.
