Job Description
This is a 100% remote, outbound sales role.
It requires someone who is already strong in CRM usage, pipeline management, and sales tracking. This role is not suitable for candidates who are still learning sales systems or transitioning from technical or operational roles.
You are expected to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to automotive businesses
* Own and manage a live CRM pipeline end-to-end
* Track all activity, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately
* Progress opportunities through defined sales stages
* Maintain clean, up-to-date records with no supervision
* Use pipeline data to prioritise effort and follow-ups
* Report on activity and conversion metrics
About You (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
You must:
* Be highly competent with CRM systems
* Have experience managing sales pipelines remotely
* Be comfortable with sales tracking and performance metrics
* Be able to step into an existing system without ramp-up time
* Be confident with outbound, cold calling, and follow-ups
* Think commercially
