Job Title: HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. This is a full-time opportunity based in South Hedland, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide strategic HR support to the organization to achieve its goals and objectives;
* To develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's values and culture;
* To manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management;
* To provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge;
* To maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and perform other HR-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Degree or postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources Management or related field;
* Minimum 3+ years of industry experience in HR, preferably in a similar role;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* High-level computer literacy, including proficiency in HRIS platforms.
