About the Role Deliver high-quality inpatient and outpatient paediatric care, with a focus on culturally appropriate services for Aboriginal children.
Contribute to integrated care across regional sites including outreach clinics and maternity services.
Provide clinical leadership, education, and mentorship to junior medical staff.
Play a key role in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
Participate in the paediatric on-call roster.
Engage with the statewide child health network and help develop tertiary services in early childhood and maternal health.
What You'll Need Specialist Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility).
Fellowship of the RACP (Paediatrics) or equivalent.
Proven experience in general and community paediatrics, including developmental and behavioural assessments.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Demonstrated commitment to quality care, patient safety, and service development.
