We pay base remuneration that is competitive with mid and top tier firms plus a monthly cash bonus salary linked to key client-centric objectives (i.e., we do not have billing targets). The role
We are seeking a 2-4 year PQE Disputes Lawyer or Associate for our Brisbane office who has a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic and agile service offering. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex disputes, including corporate, commercial property, intellectual property, competition law and consumer law disputes. Our clients include leading private equity firms, corporates, SMEs and founders.
You would be supported by and expected to help mentor an excellent team of junior lawyers, graduates and clerks. You will work closely with the Talbot Sayer Principals who have extensive top tier and international law firm experience. Leading by example and team focus are key pillars of our firm's ethos, and candidates can expect to work in a highly collaborative environment. We want our team members to grow with our firm so expect a matching enthusiasm, and a focus on excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work alone or in teams.
Your focus will be on building relationships and getting good outcomes for clients, not budgets and billing.
