Indigenous Careers Talent Sourcing Partner
We have an opportunity available to join the deadly Indigenous Community Experience Squad As a team we're responsible for not only creating meaningful careers by delivering CommBank's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Careers Programs but also by providing a compelling employee experience for First Nations employees, offering tailored support and a culturally safe environment for First Nations employees to grow their careers at CommBank.
The team are also responsible for driving our experienced hires strategy to support progress towards the Group's parity aspiration of 3% Indigenous employees by 2026.

**Do work that matters...**
This role will help find meaningful careers for mob and contribute to the broader work across the ICX squad.
You'll also be responsible for doing work across the squad to improve the Indigenous employee experience at CommBank.
**We're interested in hearing from people who have**:
- Knowledge and experience with Indigenous cultures, communities and affairs, with particular experience in Indigenous employment initiatives desirable; strong commitment to improving Indigenous employment outcomes essential.
- Sound commercial skills including negotiation and influencing, stakeholder management, driving results, managing risk and high volume project accountability. This is to be supported with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work to very tight (sometimes changing, sometimes unclear) timeframes
- Strong attention to detail with very high level of accuracy and a sense of urgency
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Strong relationship development skills
- Knowledge of best practices related to Indigenous employee experience and workplace diversity
- Risk Mindset -All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks
