About the Role: Our client is currently seeking a proactive and organised HSE Administrator to join their team on a major solar project based in regional NSW. This is a FIFO position unless the successful candidate is open to relocating. You'll be responsible for supporting the site-based HSE team with a range of administrative tasks that contribute to the safe and efficient running of the project. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HSE team on site Assist with documentation and tracking of safety records, permits, and training Maintain up-to-date registers and ensure documentation compliance Coordinate safety inductions, toolbox talks, and related communications Support the ongoing implementation of safety management systems and procedures To Be Successful Previous experience in an administrative role is essential Experience in a safety-related or site-based environment is desirable but not required Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Effective communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems Willingness to work on a FIFO basis or relocate regional
