Job Description
As a Sales and Customer Service professional, you will lead the team to achieve sales targets and budgets. You will also coach the team to deliver high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of retail sales experience, including at least 2 years at a management level in the luxury retail industry. Strong store operations, sales, and service skills are essential, along with people management and training experience.
Responsibilities include leading the team, managing inventory, maintaining visual displays, preparing rosters and reports, and coordinating with different departments.
The successful candidate will be proficient in computer literacy and have excellent command of English. They will also be able to commit to a one-year contract.
