Job Description
This is far more than a back-office testing role; it's a pivotal, client-facing consulting position. You will be part of a trusted team ensuring the seamless implementation and uncompromising quality of our clients' Oracle Fusion Finance ERP solutions. Your impact will be immediate and tangible—you will safeguard the integrity of their core financial systems, mitigate risks, and empower them to operate with confidence. You will own the end-to-end test strategy, from design and execution to defect management, acting as the vital link between our technical teams and key client stakeholders.
This is a crucial, hands-on role where you will take ownership of the quality and functionality of our clients' Oracle Fusion Finance applications, driving comprehensive testing efforts from start to finish. You will be the architect of our testing strategy, designing and executing detailed test plans, cases, and scripts while performing all phases of testing (functional, integration, regression, and system).
A key part of your role will be to rigorously analyse and document defects, partnering directly with development teams to drive swift resolutions. You will collaborate across functions to deeply understand business requirements, ensure complete test coverage, and contribute to test planning, estimation, and risk analysis. You will also be responsible for maintaining pristine test documentation and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our testing processes, ensuring we always align with industry best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.
Deep expertise in testing Oracle Fusion ERP systems, with a strong specialization in the Finance (FI) modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA).
A strong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes, such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
Previous experience in a client-facing or consulting role, with exceptional stakeholder management and advisory skills.
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test scripts.
Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (like JIRA, Zephyr, or HP ALM) and familiarity with both manual and automated testing principles.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
