The Opportunity:
We're looking for an SEO Specialist to join our high-performing, collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the implementation of our SEO strategy across a dynamic and growing digital landscape.
* You'll lead efforts to improve and maintain SEO performance across content, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, digital, brand, and product to ensure integrated SEO strategies.
* Use analytics tools and insights to guide planning, refine strategies, and optimise performance.
* Contribute to both on-site and off-site SEO, with a focus on technical implementation and continual site optimisation.
* Play a key role in shaping SEO strategy across a broad range of international markets, adapting to various audience needs and behaviours.

About you:
* 2+ years of experience in an SEO-focused role, either in-house or at an agency
* Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical optimisation.
* Confident using key SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Excel.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across large-scale content environments
* Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to work at scale and manipulate large date set using formulas and pivot tables.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams
* Analytical mindset with a passion for performance-driven SEO strategy
* Comfortable navigating complex digital ecosystems and adapting strategies to suit.
