Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage day/nightly bar, gaming and kitchen operations
* Lead a fantastic team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting exceptional customer service.
* Stock and inventory control and accountability for all stocktaking
* A keen eye for marketing initiatives and promotions, and following through all event handling and bookings
* Diligence in cash handling and banking
* Provide excellent customer service, handling customer enquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally
* Enforce cleanliness and standards throughout the venue
* Collaborate to identify areas for improvement, contribute ideas, and implement changes to enhance overall venue performance.
Requirements:
* Valid RSA, RCG, TAB compliance
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
