A bit about your role As the Security Controls Resilience Manager at nbn, you will define and review security control requirements, ensuring alignment with industry frameworks like NIST and ASD, and document implementation guidance. You will apply your knowledge of Threat Actor behaviours and TTPs to define test procedures and drive an ongoing cadence of threat-based controls assessments. Additionally, you will educate SEO teams and identify opportunities to automate assurance practices. Your expertise will ensure robust and resilient IT Security Controls, safeguarding nbn's operations and data. A bit about you If this sounds like the role for you, then it’s likely that you are an experienced IT Security professional with a deep understanding of industry frameworks like NIST and ASD. You excel at defining and reviewing security control requirements, documenting implementation guidance, and developing test procedures to validate control effectiveness. You have a proven track record of driving ongoing controls assessments, designing and improving controls based on assurance results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for adoption. Your ability to educate and advise teams, identify opportunities for automation, and contribute to performance measurement makes you a key asset in ensuring robust and effective IT Security Controls.
