**Brief outline of responsibilities** and what the role will entail:
- Ensure all tasks relating to site acquisition matters are in compliance with legislative requirements including all relevant Statutes, Regulations and Codes.
- Efficiently provide property and tenure advice to staff and clients.
- Read, understand and ensure compliance with the client contract at all times, with particular regard to the performance of property acquisition related functions of the business.
- Negotiate the terms of contract with property owners in the full interests of the client.
- Preparation of briefs, effectively engage and manage legal advisors to formalise tenure agreements.
- Demonstrate and develop a high level of understanding of lease/ license agreements and property law requirements.
- Demonstrate and develop a high level understanding of all relevant Commonwealth, State and Territory Legislation, Regulations and Codes of Practice and procedures.
- Demonstrate and develop a high level understanding of commercial lease/license negotiation principles and practices.
**What's required from you?**
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of site acquisition and wireless communications preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant topic
- Commercial leasing experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive, guide and mentor a team of internal and external staff
- Must be highly organised and detail oriented
- Ability to understand and negotiate tenure agreements
- Understanding of the town planning and approval system as it relates to wireless communications
- Customer focused and personable with flawless communication skills
