About the Behaviour Support Practitioner Role
We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide life-changing therapy to individuals with complex needs.

* You will utilize assessment and intervention skills to develop and implement effective Behaviour Support Plans, incorporating positive behaviour support frameworks and function-based strategies.
* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans that align with NDIS standards
* Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments to inform interventions
* Build strong relationships with participants, families, and carers to ensure effective support
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges
