**Are you a Defence experienced Commercial Practitioner with a current AGSVA security clearance or eligible to obtain one?**
Goal Group is seeking a experienced Commercial Manager with current or recent Australian Defence experience, experienced in working within Commonwealth legislative and policy frameworks.

**Duties include**
- Provision of high-quality commercial or contract or procurement deliverables and advice
- Ensure a consistent Commonwealth approach across Sustainment and Acquisition contracts
- Review and assess key contract deliverables and engage with the Contractor to enable development and agreement of non-conforming contract deliverables such that those deliverables meet Commonwealth requirement
- Identification and mitigation of procurement risks
- Probity and Contract Management
- Assist in tender development, contract reform and contract extension activities
- Other tasks as may be required
