Rostering Coordinator – Port Macquarie

As we continue to grow across the East Coast, we're looking for a Rostering Coordinator to join our Port Macquarie team and help keep our services running smoothly every day.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in ensuring our participants receive consistent, person-centred support by managing staff rosters across our Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Access, and Allied Health programs. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily and weekly rosters for support staff across multiple regions
* Respond to short-notice changes and ensure participant supports remain covered
* Communicate with team leaders, operations, and staff to maintain alignment
* Manage rostering software and update participant schedules in real time
* Support workforce planning to ensure the right staff are matched with the right participants

About You
You're organised, adaptable, and thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same. You have a positive, solutions-focused attitude and enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team.
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination (NDIS or health sector preferred)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in digital rostering systems and Microsoft Office
* A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
