Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Channel Account Executive.


Job Overview

This role is focused on developing and implementing a robust channel strategy for distributors, value-added resellers, and managed service providers in the ANZ region.


Key Responsibilities:

* Channel Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive channel strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth.
* Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners at senior management level, ensuring effective collaboration and mutual benefit.
* Territory Channel Planning: Collaborate with local sales teams to create territory channel plans with concrete action plans and regular reviews.
* Best Practice Deployment: Drive the deployment of channel best practices across ANZ, considering local specifics and market conditions.
* Go-to-Market Strategies: Design and implement go-to-market strategies, execute marketing initiatives, and deliver on the strategy.
* Partner Program Optimization: Optimize and deploy the Partner Program across ANZ, focusing on incremental business and service delivery.
* Performance Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend channel metrics to measure performance, including revenue and pipeline growth.


Requirements:

* Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and competitor analysis.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate agreements.
* Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards shared goals.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
