Part of Insurance Australia Group (known as IAG), we’re proud to be one of Australia’s most iconic brands.Your RoleJoining NRMA Insurance, your role is to support the implementation of the People Strategy and divisional people plans as part of the People, Capability and Communications team within NRMA Insurance Strategic Enablement. This involves effective partnerships with business leaders and Centre of Expertise (CoE) teams across P&C to guide, execute, and embed prioritised people initiatives and HR processes to deliver sustainable business performance.A key aspect includes coaching leaders with commercially sound, compliant, and data-informed advice that prioritises workplace safety and employee wellbeing. You’ll lead consulting engagements to address operational people challenges by analyzing data, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions.
