Fire and Gas Detection Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Fire and Gas Detection Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will drive sales of advanced fire and gas detection products and solutions in Australia.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can combine technical expertise with strong sales acumen to meet client needs and achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote our fire and gas detection products across Australia.
2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
3. Providing expert consultation to customers on product selection, system design, and technical support for fire and gas detection systems.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
5. Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
6. Preparing and delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
7. Meeting or exceeding sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
8. Staying updated on relevant regulations, standards, and compliance requirements related to fire and gas detection systems.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A proven track record of experience in sales or business development within the fire and gas detection industry or related sectors.
* Strong technical knowledge of fire and gas detection products and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
