About You

You will also have:

- Desire to provide client-centered support to people (children, adults) with disabilities who have a range of goals, functional abilities and complex needs
- Ability to work effectively and independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills (including report writing, client-centered planning)
- Current drivers license

NB: Commencement of this position is contingent on possessing a current NDIS Worker Screen.

Vaccination status requirements for face-to-face roles, in line with industry directives.

Additional experience and knowledge (desirable however not essential):

- Healthcare & Medical - degree or currently undertaking degree in Psychology, Psychotherapy, Counselling and Social Work
- Experience in Child Safety, Trauma Informed Care or transferable skills
- Experience in developing and delivering training to individuals and support teams
- Understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and legislative requirements relating to restrictive interventions

Duties
- Client communications daily
- Case noting and treatment notes
- Client assessments
- Collaboration with stakeholders including health, education, justice department and police
- Client meetings
- Multidisciplinary allied health meetings
- Client budgets
- Crisis intervention
- Discharge planning from RACF and Heath
- Maintaining caseload trackers
- Report writing
- restrictive practices consulting, plan review reports, interim positive behaviour support plans, comprehensive positive behaviour support plans, suicide safety plans, bail condition reports, functional behaviour assessments, QCAT capacity reports.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Darwin NT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
