Job Title: Learning Coordinator
About the Role
The Learning Coordinator will be responsible for managing our Learning Management System (LMS), designing and organizing dynamic training courses, and maintaining training records in our Human Resources system. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders to drive learning and development initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Update LMS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date training administration
* Assist with ensuring that training content and delivery are compliant with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
* Liaise with external training companies and organize courses accordingly
* Monitor, book, and follow up on internal and external training for all team members
* Prepare training materials for training programs as required and ensure training rooms are set up and well stocked
* Facilitate a range of learning and development courses, including Induction
* Prepare training calendars
* Book internal and external training for team members and confirm with supervisors
* Monitor attendance to ensure compliance
* Manage training numbers for all upcoming courses, at least two weeks in advance, to ensure maximum attendance
* Assist with monitoring School-Based Training (SBT), apprenticeship, and internship programs within the business
Requirements
Desirable qualifications include administrative or coordination experience in HR or learning teams. Knowledge of or willingness to learn LMS (preferably Docebo) is also essential. Additionally, understanding of instructional and graphic design, videography skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Suite, Articulate, and Canva would be advantageous.
