About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving business growth within South East Queensland. You will be responsible for managing all sales activities in your designated territory, focusing on exceeding sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and delivering technical support to drive success. Main Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales targets and agreed performance KPIs
• Effectively prioritise retail customers using customer segmentation strategies
• Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with key customers
• Develop accurate bottom-up regional forecasts through territory analysis
• Analyse territory crop dynamics to identify opportunities for growth


Requirements

Education / Experience / Skills

• Proven experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, or related technical fields
• Strong understanding of crop science and agtech solutions
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• A tertiary qualification in agriculture, agribusiness, or a related discipline is desirable
