Financial Operations Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our financial operations. The role involves ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and transparency of trust account activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and manage financial operations related to trust accounts, including financial control, property transitions, and bank reconciliations.
* Assist in reviewing property trust account balance on a weekly basis, preparing monthly management fee reconciliations, and wages recoveries reconciliations.
* Property Financial Reporting – assisting in performing all necessary reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business.
* High level attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment.
* Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
