We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to build and own their own desk, drive business development and manage end-to-end recruitment, supported by dedicated Coordinators and strong internal systems.

What will you do?
* Build, manage and grow a portfolio of clients
* Drive consistent business development through proactive outreach and networking
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across live roles
* Work closely with Coordinators to optimise recruitment delivery
* Follow Woods & Co's 8-Step Recruitment Process
* Submit and promote top candidates through reverse marketing
* Attend client meetings and networking events
* Maintain accurate activity and reporting in Bullhorn
* Build your personal brand through regular LinkedIn activity
What do you need?
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
* Strong business development and relationship management skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
* Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes
* Confident communication and stakeholder engagement
* Experience using JobAdder or similar ATS is a bonus
* Self-driven, resilient and motivated to grow your desk
