Senior Sales and Marketing Executive Role

This is a highly sought-after opportunity for a skilled sales and marketing professional to lead our residential real estate division. As Senior Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.


1. Lead and empower teams to achieve business objectives, sales targets, and professional development goals.
2. Develop and implement scalable sales distribution strategies with standardized processes, supporting increased sales volumes and lead generation.
3. Enhance customer experiences through proactive communication and engagement, managing customer service standards and regularly evaluating customer feedback.
4. Contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, monitoring operational milestones and key performance indicators.
5. Safeguard the brand's integrity, service, and quality, performing market and competitor analysis to support sales, marketing campaigns, and value appraisals.
6. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes across teams and projects.
7. Identify and manage business risks, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and industry regulations.



Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 7 years' experience in a senior leadership role within the real estate industry.
* Proven ability to translate deep industry knowledge into effective strategy implementation.
* A proactive, enthusiastic leader with a strong focus on culture, team development, and high performance.
* Skilled in digital and traditional marketing strategies for property development.
* Energetic, adaptable, and ambitious, with a long-term career mindset.
