Your New Role
Based at our Paget operations in Mackay, this is a permanent role reporting to our Branch Manager. You will provide administrative support for our Mackay hire team, requiring a person with a strong, vibrant personality who can take initiative and manage their role independently. Daily, you will work with internal stakeholders and customers to assist with the hire of our modular buildings across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Managing transport and logistics requirements for the branch.
Managing vendor orders and payments.
Coordinating administrative tasks such as purchase orders, quotes, stock takes, and asset management.
Handling queries from vendors and clients efficiently.
Supporting the Manager and Sales team with administrative tasks.
About You
We seek candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Previous experience in an administrative role, especially within the building, construction, or resources industries, is highly regarded. Experience with modular buildings is not necessary; we have passionate team members ready to support your onboarding.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Insphire, and Navision.
