About the Opportunity:
The role will include:
- Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management
- Dealing with clients via phone and on-farm to facilitate planning meetings
- Offering additional products and services to clients as you manage the renewal process
- Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business
- Working with the insurance support team to manage client accounts including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management and general client enquiries
- Policy maintenance
- Refer appropriate solutions from within the insurance product range.
The Individual:
Must have previous experience working in the insurance industry, as well as a proven track record growing a portfolio of clients and executing sales. We will also value expertise in key areas including:
- A strong insurance broking background
- Tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline
- Tier 1 broking and Diploma of General Insurance (e.g. ANZIIF, NIBA)
- Ability to relate to our rural client base
