Available now, we have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Centre Management Office at Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre. An integral role providing support to the Administration Manager, centre team and retailers.

Someone that will support across a range of financial and administrative tasks, where no two days are the same in this varied and fast-paced role.
What You'll Do
You'll engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, allowing you to showcase your exceptional administrative, financial and communication skills, while gaining valuable experience in centre operations.
Based on site at our Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre, this is a permanent, part time role, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9.00am - 5.06pm. This role includes job sharing arrangements, with Wednesday as the overlapping day.
Working closely with the Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Support with a range of tasks, including monthly billing and debtor collection process, invoice reviews, preparing centre accounts payable and monitoring expenditure
* Balancing gift card funds
* Acting as the point of contact for the Centre management office including managing telephone enquiries
* Providing day to day administrative support for the centre management team including managing tenant enquiries and liaising with contractors
* Maintain effective records control and file management
* Participate in OH&S activities
About You
Experience & Skills That Count
* You'll bring solid administration experience with a strong customer service focus
* An understanding of accounts payable/receivable and experience in managing monthly billing, debtor collection, processing invoices and account reconciliations
* Strong data entry skills with 100% accuracy
* Attention to detail is essential, particularly for the amount of data entry the processes and a proactive approach to your work, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
* Competent computer skills across the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word, experience using record management systems and comfortable learning and picking up new software packages, including SAP - experience would be advantageous but not essential
* Interpersonal and communication skills and can work independently or as part of a team
* Able to use your initiative and maintain confidentiality
