We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
The Senior Client Manager is responsible for providing best-in-class service for a key portfolio of diverse National clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio.
This role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in the QLD region and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results and provide guidance and tools required for succession in a leadership capacity.
What the day will look like: Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries including agriculture, education, and local community services.Play an important role in providing technical advice, mentoring, and development of colleagues in the team.Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience.Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions.Develop new and profitable business within the National segment.Contribute to the strategic direction of the National business.Achieve renewal and new business budget.Skills and experience that will lead to success: Exceptional client relationship management capabilities.Extensive experience within general commercial insurance and risk management.First-class communication and presentation skills with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders.A keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successes.Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products.Leadership and management aspirations and demonstrated flair for mentoring or coaching others.Tier 1 Qualification.Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.How we support our colleagues: In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
